Traders Terms & Conditions For Pitch Hire

Completion of the form acknowledges your full acceptance of the following terms. These terms apply to all traders on Sunday 1st September 2024

from 12noon to 3:30 pm

at Westbury On Severn Parish Hall, Sports field.

STRICT NO DOG POLICY

Please be aware as the field is a sports field and used by children no dogs are permitted.

This applies to the entire Parish Hall property, car park and grounds.

The event will be opening to customers from 12:00 noon.

PITCH FEES

The pitch fee is £20.00 (£15.00 for a registered charity) and is non-refundable.

Pitch is only secured when the booking has been confirmed and payment has been received.

PITCH HIRE & ALLOCATION

Pitch space is let to the pitch holder stated on the booking form and CANNOT be sub-let to any other party.

A pitch size is 3m x 3m, and pitch allocation is on arrival and not in advance.
Pitch holders will be allowed access to the field from 10:30am.
Pitch holders will be able to park one vehicle behind the allocated pitch. Additional vehicles must be off the playing field by 11.45 and parked in the main car park.
Pitch holders must be cleared away and left the field by 4:30pm, removing any waste/litter.
The pitch holder must be able to stay for the duration of the event.
Pitch holder will need to bring their own equipment eg. gazebo, tables, chairs etc.

INSURANCE, HEALTH & SAFETY

Pitch holder are responsible for arranging their own Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance. The pitch holder is responsible for any and all damage, or injury to persons, or property occasioned by their pitch or personnel. Pitch holders must comply with all requirements of The Local Environmental Health Authority, The Local Authority, The Police and the Fire Service.

CANCELLATION

In the event of the cancellation, abandonment, limitation, or postponement of the event, including interruption or cessation of power supply, there will be no claim against Westbury On Severn Parish Hall. The Parish Hall cannot be held responsible for loss of earnings as a result of any of these circumstances nor any other action by any third party beyond their control.

PERSONAL DATA
